| Abstract: | Under such circumstances that the current financial crisis has had a negative effect on college students' employment,this paper,which combines the state's employment policy and effective experience from other higher schools,probes into the status quo of college students' employment psychology under the influence of financial crisis,and puts forward ways and working methods to the ideological and political education in the process of college students' employment. |
