| 摘 要： | 正义是分配权利(规定权利与义务的界限)和评价权利与义务关系的价值标准,核心问题是权利与义务的配置平衡问题。正义可以分为个人正义和社会正义,正义实即社会正义,个人正义本质上是社会正义的个体化形式。正义的社会性本质决定了正义的历史性和阶级性。社会正义可以在领域上分为经济正义、政治正义、法律正义、伦理正义,在形式上主要表现分配正义和交换正义。
