| 摘 要： | "企业软实力"概念是从国际关系领域扩展而来,其价值日益突显而受到学术界和企业界的重视。对企业软实力的研究一般可以归纳为以下五个方面,即企业软实力的含义与特征、构成要素与结构、形成与作用机理、培育与建设以及企业软实力的评价,这五个方面内容全面阐释了企业软实力的内涵本质与实际应用,初步构成了企业软实力的理论体系。

| Abstract: | The concept of ＂enterprise soft power＂ is expanded from the field of international relations, and its value increasingly highlighted has been given the attention by the academic and business circles. Study on the soft power of enterprises in general can be divided into the following five aspects, namely the meaning and characteristics, elements and structure, formation and function mechanism, cultivation and construction, as well as the evaluation of the enterprise soft power; these five aspects comprehensively interpret the connotation essence and practical application of enterprise soft power, and initially make up the theoretical system of enterprise soft power. |
