| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育国际化发展步伐加快,国家努力打造"留学中国"品牌的外在要求与高校自身提升教育质量的内在需求共同促进下,提升留学生教学管理水平尤为迫切,将现代企业质量管理流程和方法应用到教学管理中,探索将PDCA循环与教学管理流程充分融合,通过持续改进与循环来提升留学生教学管理水平,具有一定现实意义。

| Abstract: | Since universities are pushed to improve international student teaching management to meet the requirements of building the brand of "Oversea Study in China " and promoting the quality of higher education when China quickens the pace of higher educational internationalization,it will be of realistic significance to introduce PDCA management cycle,a modern enterprise quality management process and methodology,into teaching management over international students through continuous improvement and cycling. |
