| 摘 要： | 学术腐败指学术活动中的各种不良行为，它不仅损害教育公信力，还浪费国家办学资源。治理学术腐败，应从健全惩治和预防学术腐败行为的法律法规、加强对学术腐败行为的监督、加大对学术腐败行为的惩处力度、改善科研考核和管理机制、加强对高校教师和科研人员的学术道德教育等五个方面人手。
