| 摘 要： | 文章在阐述了企业社会责任观的发展及含义的基础上,论证了企业社会责任与构建和谐社会的关系。认为和谐社会的建构,不仅要求企业为社会创造物质财富,更要求其承担多元社会责任。进而分析了当前我国企业承担社会责任方面存在的主要问题,在构建和谐社会的进程中,为使企业真正承担起社会责任,作者进行了深入的分析。本文对企业发展及构建和谐社会有现实的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The article states the relationship between the social liability of an enterprise and the construction of harmonious society on the basis of the historic development of the concept on social liability.For the goal of construction of harmonious society,an enterprise should not only produce wealth for society,but also bear multiple social liabilities.Furthermore the problems and the ways to solve them on fulfilling enterprise's social liability have been concerned. |
