大学生择业的法律意识及培养

大学生作为国家的栋梁与未来,对这一群体的法律意识的关注与培育,将会直接影响我国法治化的进程。随着就业形势越来越严峻,一些学生迫于工作压力往往屈服于用人单位,学生的权益被侵害,同时也有些学生自身做出违反合同的行为,这些都是由于当前大学生缺乏法律意识造成的.本文主要分析大学生择业的法律意识现状,并提出培养大学生择业法律意识的几点建议。

College students' legal awareness in career and training

As a national future,college students legal awareness training will directly affect the process of China's rule of law.But with the severe employment situation,some students are often forced to work under employers,and in the meanwhile some students make their own acts in violation of the contract,which is due to the lack of legal awareness.The article analyses the current situdtion of college students' legal awareness and makes some suggestions.
