摘    要:科学发展观的核心是以人为本.大力实施人才强国战略,加快培育创新型科技人才,是科学发展观提出的新要求.高等职业院校在推动国民经济建设、科技发展和促进社会进步的过程中都发挥着重要作用.对高等职业教育工作者进行更深层次的管理,从强制性硬管理到激励性软管理,是当今社会管理发展的必然趋势,也是在科学发展观指导下高等职业教育管理的一大飞跃.

Abstract:The core of scientific development perspective is people-oriented.The strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development and speeding up cultivation of innovative skilled technology talents are the new demands of Scientific Development Concept.Higher vocational colleges are playing an important role in promoting national economy construction,scientific and technological development,and the process of boosting social progress.For educators of higher vocational education,from mandatory stiff-management to incentive mild-management,it is the inevitable trend of management development in today’s society,and a major leap forward in management of higher vocational education under scientific development perspective.
