| 摘 要： | 在分析健康含义与心理健康标准的基础上,提出我国大学生心理健康方面存在的问题,强调提高大学生对心理健康标准的认识,并提出通过体育教学加强学生心理素质培养,加强大学生心理健康教育的对策。
