| 摘 要： | 廉政文化在开展党风廉政建设和反腐败工作中具有教化作用、导向作用、凝聚作用、约束作用和监督作用。为此,要深刻认识廉政文化的重要作用,夯实廉政文化的群众基础,构筑廉洁自律约束机制,形成拒腐防变的合力,坚持开拓创新。

| Abstract: | The culture of clean government has the civilizing role,guiding role,unifying role,constraining role and supervisory role for improving the Party style and anti-corruption.Therefor,our Party should have a profound understanding of the important function of culture of clean government,reinforce the mass basis of the culture of honest administering,build self-discipline and restraining mechanisms,form thejoint force to resist corruption and uphold the innovation. |
