摘    要:女大学生就业受歧视,一直是一个不争的社会事实,这种现实已经影响到两性关系的和谐发展。文章分析了女大学生这一特殊群体受歧视的根源,并阐述了建构和谐两性关系的措施。

Abstract:It is a social indisputable fact that the female graduates always receive discrimination in employment,and this kind of reality has already affected the harmonious development of gender relations.The article analyzes the root that female college students,the special group receives discrimination and elaborates the measures that construct harmonious gender relations.
