| 摘 要： | 新课程标准赋予了地域文化更为清晰的合法地位，并对地域文化教育提出了相应的要求。因此，为贯彻新课程标准提出的“课程资源”理念，大庆地区的小学语文教学应该与大庆地域文化资源有机地结合起来，以形成具有明显地域特色的语文教学知识体系。

| Abstract: | The regional culture is endowed with the legal status owe to the new curriculum standard,and the corresponding requirements of regional culture education is put forward.Therefore,in order to implement the new curriculum standard about the "Curriculum Resource" idea,the Chinese teaching in primary school of Daqing should be organically integrated with Daqing regional cultural resource,and then a clear regional characteristics of Chinese teaching theories System could be formed. |
