| 摘 要： | 利用列强退还的“庚子赔款”派遣中国留学生,史称“庚款留学”。庚款留学生群体大都学有所成,回国后对中国的社会发展影响巨大。通过宣传和实践科学技术加快了中国现代科技创新的步伐;通过引进西方先进的教育理论和方法推动了中国教育现代化的进程;通过发表言论和投身革命促进了中国近代民主政治的发展。

| Abstract: | The overseas study using the remission of the boxer indemnity is that using the remission of the Boxer Indemnity to send the Chinese student abroad.The community of overseas study using the remission of the boxer indemnity learn to have mostly and have great influence to the social development of China after they return to our country.The step of Chinese modern science and technology is speeded by the publicity and practiced science technique;the progress of the education modernization in China is pushed by bringing in the advanced education theories and method of West;the development of the modern democracy is promoted by announcing the speech and putting heart into the revolutions. |
