| 摘 要： | 根据河南省部分地区回流农民工回乡意愿的调查数据,运用SPSS分析方法,对农民工回乡意愿进行定量分析。结果表明:农民工家庭内部特征、外出农民工与家庭的联系以及回乡创业需求等,对农民工回乡意愿均有显著影响。文章在此基础上提出了引导劳务输出和回流良性发展的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper,according to the survey data of migrant peasant-workers＇ home-returning willingness in some areas of Henan province,using the SPSS analysis method,makes quantitative analysis towards the home-returning willingness of migrant peasant-workers.The results show that the internal characteristics of peasant-workers＇ families,relations between peasant-workers and their families,their home-returning entrepreneurship needs as well have a significant impact on peasant-workers＇ home-returning willingness.This paper,on the basis of it,proposes policy recommendations of guiding labor export and benign development of backflow. |
