城镇企业构建和谐劳动关系研究

摘    要:和谐稳定的劳动关系是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要基础。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》在施行过程中,企业与劳动者之间还存在诸多不和谐因素。文章从企业内部劳动规章制度制订、无固定期限劳动合同的范围和劳务派遣的规范三个重要方面,探讨企业如何与劳动者建立和谐劳动关系。

Abstract:The harmonious and stable labor relations are the important foundation of building a socialist harmonious society.In the implementation process of "The Labor Contract Law of the people's Republic of China",many disharmonious factors exist between the enterprises and the employees.This paper discusses the enterprises how to establish the harmonious labor relations with workers three important aspects: the enterprises internal labor rules and regulations formulation,labor contract scope without a fixed term,and labor dispatch specifications.
