中美高校辅导员激励机制研究对比及启示

摘    要:探讨研究辅导员激励机制已成为当前高校辅导员队伍建设的重要课题,笔者通过对中美高校辅导员激励制度、激励方式、激励对象等方面研究对比,发现两国在辅导员队伍激励机制建设方面有诸多差异,美国的作法对我国辅导员队伍的建设有很多有益的启示。

Abstract:Discussion on the counselors' incentive mechanism has become an important task in the construction of current university counselor team. The author through comparative study of incentive systems, incentive methods and incentive objects between Chinese and American college counselors, finds that there are numerous differences in the construction of counselor team incentive mechanism between the two countries, and American practice has a lot beneficial enlightenment for the construction of university counselor team in China.
