应站在赢得青年一代的战略高度,认识当代大学生践行"三个代表"的重要性。为此,应坚持从现实的实际出发,找准切入点和落脚点,这是保证这一工作收到成效必须坚持的基本原则;同时,还要以"三个代表"重要思想为统领,积极推进教育改革,建立和完善符合"三个代表"要求的教育体制和机制,这是当代大学生践行"三个代表"取得成效的根本性保证。

The college student are trans - century generation who will carry out the historical mission of our party and the country, so it is important to recognize the importance of college students's practising the Three Represents, take the strategetic point of winning the whole young generation as the basis of it. So we should be practical and realistic to find the right cut - in and start point to it . This is the basic principle to guarantee its effect. At the meanwhile, we should take the Three Represents as the instruction, promote the education reform, set up and perfect the education system and mechanism system, which accord with the Three Represents.
