| 摘 要： | 金融外包作为服务外包的一项重要外包形式，已成为国际外包市场的主流。我国金融领域开放程度不断加大，竞争的日益激烈，国内金融企业要在竞争中取胜，必须借鉴国外金融外包的经验，把现有的资源集中到核心业务上去，形成自己的核心竞争力。本文从服务外包概念入手，深入认识和分析金融外包原理，通过借鉴国外金融企业外包的具体做法和经验，研究我国金融外包的发展方向。

| Abstract: | As an important form of service outsourcing, financial outsourcing has become the mainstream of international outsourcing market. In order to ensure success in the keen competition of international markets, Chinese financial enterprises must draw on good experiences from foreign countries, and form of core competence. Starting from the concept of service outsourcing, this paper analyzes deeply the principles of financial outsourcing, and discusses the development trend of Chinese financial outsourcing with foreign experiences. |
