| 摘 要： | 辅导员制度是我国社会主义大学的特色之一,始于20世纪50年代初,经过五十多年的探索和完善,辅导员工作不断增加新的内涵,并取得良好效果。本文对高校辅导员思想政治工作方式和学风建设的创新问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Counselors system is one of the characteristics of China's socialist universities,which began in the early 20th century,50. After the exploration and improvement of 50 years,counselors work continues to add new meaning and achieve good results. The article discusses the innovation of the way of college counselors' ideological and political work and the construction of study style. |
