| 摘 要： | 滥用知识产权在反垄断领域主要表现为滥用市场支配地位和联合限制竞争的行为。本文通过分析反垄断法与知识产权的关系,探讨我国《反垄断法》在知识产权领域的实施,并提出一些利用反垄断法对知识产权滥用进行规制的建议。

| Abstract: | In the field of anti-monopoly,the abuse of intellectual property rights mainly embodies abusing market dominant position and jointly restricting competitive behavior.By analyzing relationships between anti-monopoly law and intellectual property rights and discussing implementation of Chinese anti-monopoly law in the field of intellectual property,the article will make up with some suggestions of perfecting abuse of intellectual property rights regulated by anti-monopoly law. |
