| 摘 要： | 党的十七届四中全会提出建设马克思主义学习型政党、提高全党思想政治水平的总要求。本文从三个方面阐述了把党建设成为一个与时代同步、与群众同行,立党为公、执政为民的马克思主义学习型政党,从而为保持党的先进性提供理论和实践支撑。

| Abstract: | The party＇s Fourth Plenary Session of 17 put forward to build Marxism study political party, to improve the general requirements of the whole Party＇s ideological and political level. This article discusses how to construct the Party to be a Marxism learning party of keeping pace with the times, travelling together with the masses, building a party serving the interests of the people and exercising the state power in the interest of the people from three aspects so as to provide theoretical and practical support for maintaining the advancement of the Party. |
