摘    要:创造和创造的自由是新实践美学的关键。从发生学的角度看,人的生存是美和审美的出发点,但是,社会实践才是它的逻辑起点,而创造则是人的生存和发展的根本,当实践的创造达到了一定的自由程度时,人与自然双向对象化,自然才人化了,人也才自然化了,这时候才逐步形成人对自然(现实)的审美关系,这种审美关系体现在自然对象上就是美,而体现在人身上就是审美(美感)。从本体论的角度看,美和审美的存在和存在方式都离不开创造的自由,正是创造的自由使对象成为了显现实践自由的形象,同时使人能够对对象的外观形象进行自由的创造。从认识论的角度看,美和审美都是人类把握了物种的尺度并能够按照任何物种的尺度来进行自由的创造的结晶,只有通过审美意象才会生成出来的。从价值论的角度来看,创造的自由生成了对象的价值属性,而以外观形象所显现的肯定性价值就是美,而人们对这种美的价值所感发的肯定性自由创造就是美感。总之,美在创造中,美在创造的自由中。

Abstract:Freedom in creation and creating is keys to new practice aesthetics. From the point of view of what has been studied, people's existence is starting points of beauty and aesthetic, however, social practice is its logic starting point. Creation is the people's existence and base of development. When reaching certain freedom degree in creation of practice, two-way objectification appears between people and nature, so aesthetic relation appears between people and nature (reality) . The aesthetic relation reflects that it is beauty at the natural object, and reflect that it is aesthetic (aesthetic feeling) on people. From the point of view of ontology, aesthetic existence and existing way is on the base of freedom in creation. It is the freedom in creation that makes object become the free image of practice of appearing, and makes people can appearance image in object carry on the free creation. From the point of view of epistemology and the point of view of value theory, The fact is same. In a word, beauty is in creating,and beauty is in the freedom in creation.
