现实空间·想象空间·梦幻空间——小议中国现代异域小说

从现实空间、想象空间、梦幻空间的联系和区别的角度考察中国古代异域小说和中国现代异域小说的区别,以及中国现代异域小说创作中存在的问题。认为:中国古代异域小说是借助对异域的想象创造一个梦幻空间,并以此实现对现实空间的超越。中国现代异域小说中的“异域”,已经不是小说家杜撰出来的一个梦幻世界,而是作者生活过的现实空间。中国现代异域小说要取得真正的成功,必须以艺术的想象空间实现对本民族现实空间和异域现实空间的双重超越,并且不能是人为地抹煞不同现实空间的实际差别和距离为前提的虚假超越。

Realistic Space, Imaginary Space and Illusionary Space--Modern Chinese "Alien Fiction"

This paper discusses the differences between the ancient Chinese "alien fiction" and the modern Chinese "alien fiction" and the problems inherent to the creation of modern Chinese "alien fiction" from the perspectives of realistic space,imaginary space and illusionary space.It argues that the ancient Chinese "alien fiction" creates an illusionary space by imagining an alien land,on the basis of which to transcend the realistic space.The "alien land" in the area of modern Chinese "alien fiction" is not an imaginary world invented by novelists,but a realistic world experienced by the authors.The success of the modern Chinese "alien fiction" rests with the premise that the artistic imaginary space transcends both the realistic space of one's own nationality and the alien realistic space,and this transcending does not mean the artificial effacing the differences between the different realistic spaces.
