言语行为和IRC话语的语用分析

把语用学对日常话语的分析运用到网络环境的话语上,通过对聊天室话语的分析找出一些理解它们的线索和挖掘新生的语言现象。运用Austin和Searle的言语行为对大量的原始资料进行样例分析,结果表明网络言语行为是口头言语行为的模拟转换:缩写(快速表达)、字母连打(语气)、图标(表情)等接近口头交际的现象。研究IRC言语行为对未来语言的发展具有较大的语用意义。

Pragmatic Analysis of Speech Act and IRC Utterances

The study is aimed to analyze the utterances in IRC settings from pragmatic perspective, which used to be applied in the FTF conversation, to find out some apprehensible clues and excavate newly-coined language phenomena among web chatters. In the analysis, ample raw samples of IRC utterances are tested by Austin-and-Searle's Speech Act Theory. The findings show that the speech act of IRC utterances is just the imitating copy of the FTF situation, as the use of abbreviation (in a hurry), multi-letter typing (for mood), the use of smiles (for emotion), which are close to the practice in an oral conversation. The study of IRC speech act is of great pragmatic significance for the future language development.
