授权型领导对员工创造力的作用机理研究

摘    要:以企业员工为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,收集219份有效问卷,探讨授权型领导对员工创造力影响的作用机制。假设:授权型领导通过心理授权的中介作用影响员工的创造力;员工获得心理授权又通过内在动机的中介作用影响其创造力。研究结果表明:授权型领导通过正向影响心理授权进而提高员工创造力;心理授权在授权型领导与员工创造力之间起到完全中介作用;内在动机在心理授权与员工创造力之间起到部分中介作用。
