| 摘 要： | 选取2001—2006年在《管理世界》、《南开管理评论》和《中国工业经济》上发表的963篇工商管理研究论文,对它们引用的12712篇文献进行引用频数分析和知识图谱分析。结果表明:现阶段我国工商管理研究的知识来源部分是国内学者的研究成果,但主要是西方学者的经典文献,分布在企业理论、公司治理、战略管理和华人以及家族企业研究等领域。研究结果揭示了现阶段国内工商管理研究的知识来源与结构,为理解国内工商管理学科的知识进展提供了现实依据和理论参考。
