论建国初期中国共产党的执政能力建设

中华人民共和国成立后,中国共产党的内外环境发生了巨大变化,这为党带来了大量的新问题,为此,中国共产党必须提高自身的执政能力。党主要通过加强思想教育、发动整党整风运动和加强监督机制来提高拒腐防变能力,通过组织干部学习经济知识、加强干部队伍管理来提高经济建设能力。建国初期党的执政能力建设具有重大的理论价值和深远的现实意义。

Construction of ruling capacity of the Communist Party of China in initial stage of the PRC

After the foundation of the People's Republic of China,historical position,central task,working environment of the Communist Party of China all changed enormously,which brought a large number of new problems to the CPC.For this reason,the CPC must improve its own ruling capacity.The CPC raised the ability of repelling the corrupting influence and getting ready for emergency mainly through strengthening ideological education,consolidating the Party organization and strengthening supervision mechanism.And it improved economic construction ability through organizing the cadre studying economic knowledge and strengthening the management of contingent of cadres.The construction of ruling capacity in initial stage of the PRC has great theoretic value and far-reaching realistic meaning.
