| 摘 要： | 通过对高校房产档案信息化建设情况分析,系统地探讨了房产档案管理信息化程度不高的主要问题,提出了完善房产档案管理、提高房产人员管理水平、加强创新等建议,特别是对利用现有的科学技术手段进行房产档案信息化建设做了详细研究。
