| 摘 要： | 针对现代企业生存与发展的环境,采用递推法,分析了市场竞争对产品和服务的要求以及产品和服务对生产运作系统的要求,进而提出现代企业生产管理的基本要求,指出现代企业欲使其在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须具有现代生产管理意识,采用现代生产管理方法来管理其生产运作系统,才能确保企业经营目标的实现。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the existing environment of modern enterprises based on reasoning.Analysis centers around the requirements formmarket competition on products and service as well as the requirements made by products and service on the production system.Furthermore,it points out the basic requirements for production management in modern enterprises.It further suggests that modern enterprises can only survive the severe market competition on the premise of a sense of modern production management,managing its production operation system with modern production management methodology so as to realize its goals in management. |
