| 摘 要： | 针对当前企业知识管理成功率低的问题，采用理论分析与定量分析结合的方法，指出应该从知识审计视角研究企业知识管理，分析了面向知识审计的企业知识管理能力评价指标要素，建立了相应的多级模糊综合评价模型。实别表明，该模型具有良好的合理性和有效性，是评价企业知识管理能力的一种实用工具。

| Abstract: | In view of the low successful ratio of enterprise knowledge management , with theoretical analysis and quantitative analysis methods, the article points out that the enterprise knowledge management research should start from the knowledge audit perspectives, analyses the knowledge audit--oriented enterprise knowledge management evaluation index elements and establishes the multi--level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. The example shows that the model has rationality and validity and it is a kind of practical tool for evaluating enterprise knowledge management. |
