| 摘 要： | 针对发展战略性新兴产业问题,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了发展战略新兴产业对辽宁省经济结构调整的重要作用。基于政府视角,提出辽宁省的政府部门要引导企业将传统产业升级改造与战略性新兴产业结合起来,合理规划产业布局,突出发展重点,强调要素保障,加大政策扶持力度,对战略性新兴产业进行动态管理等建议。研究结果为辽宁省经济结构调整提供参考。

| Abstract: | To promote the development of strategic emerging industries, induction analyses were made of the important role of developing strategic emerging industries in adjusting the economic structure of Liaoning Province. Under the background of economic transformation, it is necessary for Liaoning government departments to guide enterprises in combining traditional industries＇ upgrading with strategic emerging industries＇ developing, properly planning industrial layouts, and highlighting the focus of development, to emphasize the security of elements, to intensify policy support, and to conduct dynamic administration on the strategic emerging industries. The results provide reference for adjusting the economic structure of Liaoning Province. |
