| 摘 要： | 针对建设学习型党组织中建设高校学习型干部队伍的问题,采用文献研究、比较等方法,分析了目前高校干部队伍建设的问题,提出了加强对高等教育学理论和管理方法的研究、实行高校管理队伍的职业化建设以及高校管理干部培训策略构建等途径来增强高校学习型干部队伍建设的建设路径,提高了高校学习型干部队伍建设的科学性.

| Abstract: | To study the problem in constructing learning-oriented cadre teams in the construction ot learning-oriented Party organization, literature review and comparison analyses were made. Proposals are offered in strengthening researches on the theory of higher education and management, implementing occupation construction of university management team and constructing cadre training strategy to enhance the construction path of learning-oriented cadre teams in colleges and universities. Meanwhile, results improve scientific nature of constructing learning-oriented cadre teams in colleges and universities. |
