| 摘 要： | 战后美国对华反共政策逐步升级,是服从于美国与苏联争夺世界霸权的全球战略需要。美国为实现其全球战略目标,对华政策总体上是以扶蒋反共为核心和基调的,美国反华政策不断升级,是新中国决定实行“一边倒”对外政策的一个重要因素。中共“一边倒”的战略,是根据当时的国际格局和中国历史的现状作出的战略决策。

| Abstract: | The American anti-China policy is continuously upgraded,obeying to the necessity of the American global strategy against the Soviet Union. support Jiang Fangong to act as core and main key in order to achieve its global strategy.That's why China decided to perform the "Lean to one side "Strategy ,which was baseed on the situation of Chinese history and the international situation at that time. |
