| 摘 要： | 文章根据广播电视新闻专业近几年的教学实践,阐述了素质教育的核心是能力本位教育,在提高学生实践动手能力和创新能力方面,通过教学计划改革,科学设置人才培养四个能力模块,在教学环节上通过建立三阶段、四层次实践模式来强化实训,从而提高学生素质,提高学生专业能力.

| Abstract: | Based on journalism teaching practice, this paper discusses that the core of quality education is ability education. To promote students'applying and creative ability,we can reform the teaching plan,set up four ability developing models. It also proposes a three-phase,four-level practice model to strengthen practice training. In these ways we can improve students'quality and special ability. |
