女性就业困境与公共政策的选择

针对现阶段全社会的“就业难”问题突出反映在女性身上，女性就业求职普遍遭遇用人岗位少、“门槛儿”设置高、用人单位要求苛刻等歧视性问题，通过对造成女性就业困境的政策方面原因的深入分析，指出政府在制定就业政策以及其他相关社会政策时，应从社会性别的视角出发，充分认识到女性就业中存在的困境，有针对性地采取措施，切实保障女性的平等就业权益。
