| 摘 要： | 在对以GDP为核心的传统国民经济核算体系弊端进行分析的基础上,指出了绿色GDP核算的重要意义及中国实行绿色GDP核算的重要性和迫切性.由于现行的国民经济核算体系没有反映自然资源和生态环境的价值以及经济活动对环境和资源造成的巨大损失,因而在片面追求GDP增长的同时,中国的环境和资源承受了巨大的压力.针对中国的实际提出了实行绿色GDP核算的政策建议.

| Abstract: | There are many disadvantages with the present system of national economy calculation, in which GDP is the core element.The present system ignores the effects of environment and resources by the economic activities.Green GDP is a good tool to replace GDP in the system.It is more important in China with the rapid development of Chinese economy.The environment and resources in China cannot afford the rapid development of economy any more,with the damages to the environment and the exhaustion of the resources.The proposals to reform the system of national economy calculation is presented in the paper. |
