Exploration of the undergraduates' ideological and political work in flats

In allusion to the new problem and new challenge about undergraduate residence flatization after the reform of the rear service socialization,the author explored the necessity, the specific methods and the approaches, carried out the profitable trial in pushing the work that the instructors,student party and league organizations and student autonomy organization,campus culture and public security into the flats.The work practice makes us know further that student ideological and political education and daily action management can only strengthen and not weaken under the new situation of rear service socialization reform.
