| 摘 要： | 针对市场经济条件下对人才的需求变化,结合高等职业教育的特点,提出现代化教育观念是实施素质教育的基本前提;全面贯彻党的教育方针是实施素质教育的重要内容;课堂教学和第二课堂活动是实施素质教育的主要渠道;推行多证书制度是实施素质教育的有效途径;建立合理的考核机制是实施素质教育的有力保证.

| Abstract: | According to the change of talents' demand under the market economy condition and combining the characteristics of higher vocational education,the ideas have been put forward in this article that the modernized educational view is the basic prerequisite of implementing quality-oriented education,that carrying out the Party's educational policy all-sidedly is the important content of implementing quality-oriented education,that instruction in classroom and the second classroom activities are the main channels of implementing quality-oriented education,that carrying out multi-certificate system is the effective way of implementing quality-oriented education and that setting up rational rules in examination are the strong guarantee of implementing quality-oriented education. |
