| 摘 要： | 从目前地方中小企业的融资现状看,融资难仍然是其发展的障碍,要解决这种困境,必须发展关系型融资。现实条件下大商业银行对中小企业贷款有限,且潜力不足,中小企业融资的有效途径在于中小金融机构,特别是城市商业银行。因此,要开拓思路引导城市商业银行为地方中小企业融资服务,建立起能够实现二者之间利益双赢的金融服务机制和创新性的融资方式。

| Abstract: | Looking from the present financing situation of local small and medium-sized enterprises,the difficultly of financing is still its barrier of development.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary for us to develop relation financing.The large commercial banks loaned to small and medium-sized enterprises limitedly under the actual condition and the potentiality is also limited.The effective way of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises lies in the medium and small financial institutions,especially the city commercial banks.So we should open up our mind to guide the city commercial bank to offer the local medium and small enterprises financing service,establishing the financial service mechanism and innovative financing way that can realize mutual benefit. |
