| 摘 要： | 针对高校学报特殊的办刊条件，指出高校学报应注重突显其个性特色，即成为展现高校科研成果的窗口、成为本校师生进行学术交流的平台等等。为此，高校学报应注重根据高校办学的实际情况，打造特色栏目，突显为现实服务的特点，不断提升学报的质量，以期在竞争中谋求更大的发展。
