| 摘 要： | 针对目前出版业中存在的问题和面临的挑战，采用数学建模方法，从成本、质量、服务、速度四个方面剖析了传统出版业务流程的缺失，依据业务流程再造理论，提出了多元媒体出版、多元团队管理的观点，并建立了一个数字出版的创新模式，为传统出版的改革提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | Traditional publishing needs to find an applicable way,for it is facing the challenge of digital publishing.This paper focuses on analyzing the lack of traditional publishing business process,mainly from the view of cost,quality,service and speed.Based on the point of business process reengineering,this paper points out the view of multi-media publishing and multi-team management,moreover,builds an innovated model of digital publishing,which directs the development of traditional publishing revolution. |
