乡镇党政机构模式创新的思考

针对现行的乡镇党政机构设置存在的弊病，采用分析的方法对该问题进行研究，乡镇党政机构创新是对现行党政机构进行重组、重构，实现乡镇政府机构的系统整体性飞跃，进而提高乡镇政府的整体效能。乡镇党政机构模式创新实质上是党在乡镇的执政形式的创新，体现着党内民主和人民民主的统一，体现着党的领导、人民当家做主和依法治国的统一。乡镇党政模式机构创新归根到底取决于党中央的决策和广大村民民主法治意识与行为的成熟。
