| 摘 要： | 针对传统薪酬结构的弊端,提出宽带薪酬是一种适用于技术型、创新型的高科技企业的新型薪酬体系。给出宽带薪酬的含义;分析宽带薪酬的特点与优势;阐述宽带薪酬体系设计的具体步骤;指出企业实施宽带薪酬应该注意的问题。
