| 摘 要： | 随着高校后勤社会化的改革,学生工作进一步向学生公寓拓展,使得学生工作面临许多新情况、新问题。对此,高校必须在公寓学生教育管理中发挥主导作用。针对公寓日前存在的诸多问题,就全面加强和改进公寓学生工作提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Undergraduate management work is open up further to flats, and faces many new situations and new problems after the reform of the logistics socialization. So the institution of higher learning must play a leading role in student' s education and management. The writers put forward some countermeasures to strengthen and improve student's management work for all present problems in undergraduate flats. |
