| 摘 要： | 针对农业机械化程度提高，大量农村劳动力从土地劳动中解脱出来这一社会问题。提出如何将这部分劳动力转移的措施。国家提出了将其转向职业教育，由职业教育将其培养成为有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民的意见。

| Abstract: | With the increase in the degree of agricultural mechanization, a large number of rural labor forces are freed from land labor, In the regard of the transfer of this part of the labor force, the state put forward transferring this part of labour to vocational education, in which they would be trained into new --type of peasants who are cultured, and be good at management. This article discusese how to use vocational education resources to enhance the training and transfer of the rural labor force. |
