| Abstract: | In view of the change of domestic and international environment, social situation,and the current situation of nonprofit organization in China,the artical explains the necessity of the management innovation of nonprofit organization and expounds the fact that nonprofit organization can realize several respects of the management innovation:personnel management based on objective management;use the modern technology to implement the information management;the budget and examining combining management;Set up strategic alliance with the profit organizations. |
