| 摘 要： | 根据中国国情和风险投资的特征,从创业者素质、技术风险、市场风险、管理风险、环境风险五个方面,建立了风险投资项目评价的指标体系,提出层次分析法和灰评估相结合的灰色综合评价模型,结合实例应用,说明该方法具有较强的适用性和可操作性。

| Abstract: | Based on national conditions of China and characteristics of venture investment,an index system for venture investment project’s evaluation was established in five aspects of entrepreneur qual-ity,technical risk,market risk,management risk and environment risk.Grey comprehensive evaluation model was introduced which integrates AHP and grey assessment.This method proves to be of strong applicability and operability based on case application. |
