| 摘 要： | 质量是学术期刊的生命 ,为了保证和提高高校学术期刊的质量 ,为社会多提供较高水平的精神产品 ,我们有必要把现代企业管理中的全面质量控制原理引入高校期刊编辑工作 ,对学术期刊进行全面质量控制。高校学术期刊的全面质量控制就是贯穿编辑出版各个环节之中的全面质量管理活动 ,这些管理活动体现了对期刊出版前的超前质量控制、出版中的最优质量控制、出版后的反馈质量控制。

| Abstract: | Quality is the life of academic periodicals. therefore, it is necessary for us to introduce the principles on total quality control of modern enterprises'management into periodical edition of institutions of higher education and have a total control of academic periodicals so as to guarantee and improve the quality of academic periodicals of institution of higher education and offer more mental products with higher levels for our soceity .This job,the activty which goes through all individual work in publication and edition ,embodies the advanced quality control before the publication, the best quality control during the publication, the best quality control during the publication and the quality control of the returning comments after the publication. |
