老工业区经济与社会发展问题研究

分析了老工业区国有经济问题 ,认为老工业区呈现出的主要社会、经济问题有国企历史包袱沉重、信用秩序混乱、社会优秀人才大量流失、投融资体制不合理等等。提出了国家承担企业历史包袱、信用秩序重建、建立符合市场经济发展的利益驱动机制、建设地区高科技产业投融资机制、建立老工业区经济发展与良性示范效应等解决对策。

The Research of the Old Industrial Area Economy and the Development of the Society

This treatise first makes an argument by analyses with the national economy problems of the old industrial area's analyses and concludes that the main social and economic problems,includes the heavy burden of the national enterprise because of its history, the disorder of the credit sequence, the large number lost of excellent talents and the irrational system of investigation.
