| 摘 要： | 阐述了国民意识、国家意识、国际意识的基本内涵,指出"三个意识"教育已成为世界各国共同关注的话题,在此基础上强调了对大学生进行"三个意识"教育的必要性,并提出要以贯彻实施《公民道德建设实施纲要》为重点,切实加强国民意识教育;以弘扬和培育民族精神为核心,切实加强国家意识教育;以推进教育创新为抓手,切实加强国际意识教育。

| Abstract: | The basic intensions of civic consciousness, national consciousness and international consciousness are expounded, and it is pointed out that the education of three consciousnesses has become an issue which is commonly concerned by various countries in the world. Furthermore, necessity of the education of college students' three consciousnesses is stressed. Meanwhile it is proposed to strengthen the education of civic consciousness by laying emphasis upon carrying out the Program for Improving Civic Morality, to strengthen the education of national consciousness by taking the carrying-forward and fostering national spirit as the core, and to strengthen the education of international consciousness by means of accelerating the educational innovation. |
